Retired Vice President and Controller of Wyeth (pharmaceutical and healthcare products) from March 2008 to October 2009, and Senior Vice President, Finance of Pfizer Inc. (pharmaceutical products) from October 2009 to February 2010.  Mr. Kelly has held various other positions, including Vice President, Finance Operations since joining Wyeth in 2002; age 67.  Mr. Kelly has been a director of C. R. Bard since October 2009 and is a member of the Audit Committee and Finance Committee.
